Master HVAC Technician - TS/SCI

About the role

CACI is seeking a Master HVAC Technician with a TS/SCI clearance to support mission‑critical facilities in Kuwait. The role involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing complex heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems in highly secure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on heating units, exhaust fans, ventilation units, boilers, air handlers, pumps, motors, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC/R malfunctions, including emergency after‑hours calls.
• Document service actions and equipment status in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Install, modify, overhaul, and maintain large commercial and industrial ventilation, refrigeration, and cooling systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and scientific personnel on system design, modifications, and user requirements.
• Produce classified technical documentation and ensure compliance with SCIF security requirements, including sound baffling and electrical shielding.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Extensive experience with HVAC/R systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to work in Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and follow strict security protocols.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% outside the continental US.
