Mechanical (HVAC) – Multi‑skilled Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical (HVAC) Multi‑skilled Technician to join Hilton’s hotel facilities team. In this role you will keep guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces safe, functional and comfortable, ensuring every guest experiences the warmth of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces and heart‑of‑house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders, addressing service requests efficiently.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections, identifying and correcting potential issues before they affect operations.
• Document all inspections, repairs and any outstanding concerns in the maintenance system.
