Mechanical QA/QC Inspector – Boiler & Piping Projects

About the role

ASMACS is seeking experienced Mechanical QA/QC Inspectors to join a high‑profile Power Stations and Water Distillation project in Kuwait. The role focuses on boiler and piping quality assurance for shipyard‑type installations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections and verify compliance with engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, conduct calibration of measurement equipment, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• Apply NDT methods, tolerancing principles, and material testing to ensure component integrity.
• Inspect welds, oversee metrology activities, and execute quality audits.
• Document findings, conduct root‑cause analysis, and support statistical process control.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in power‑station or water‑distillation projects.
• Background in shipyard or ship‑repair environments is preferred.
