Mechanical Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our Kuwait site. The role involves overseeing preventive maintenance of critical oil‑and‑gas equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency while supporting our green energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage requisitions for maintenance materials, spare parts, tools and equipment.
• Monitor HSE requirements and ensure compliance during preventive maintenance activities.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel.
• Maintain equipment history, maintenance records and performance trends.
• Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports and timesheets.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Monitor equipment condition and support troubleshooting and maintenance planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years supervisory experience in gas turbine, gas compressor and pump maintenance, or a Diploma with 10 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in oil & gas or similar industrial facilities.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
