About the role
We are seeking a motivated Mobile & Computer Hardware/Software Technician to join our team in Kuwait. The role involves repairing and maintaining mobile devices and laptops, with training provided to help you develop your technical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in smartphones and tablets.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops.
- Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on repaired devices.
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of spare parts.
- Provide courteous support to customers and colleagues.
Required profile
- Active, responsible individual with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills in English.
