Monetization Manager

About the role

The Monetization Manager will lead the design and execution of monetization and marketing operations strategies for the assigned country. Reporting to senior leadership, the role works closely with corporate headquarters and internal stakeholders to ensure local market needs are reflected in the overall strategy while maintaining alignment with global guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily promotional activities and produce performance reports for the country.
• Collect and analyse customer data to improve retention, engagement and lifetime value.
• Develop marketing strategy reports, measuring reach, ROI and key metrics.
• Create value propositions for existing and new products and translate them into actionable business practices.
• Generate and test ideas for customer acquisition and retention based on internal, customer and third‑party research.
• Build business cases, implementation plans and coordinate cross‑departmental initiatives.
• Conduct market research to support idea generation and business case development.
• Collaborate with user research teams to deepen customer understanding.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar monetization or marketing role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Organised with strong time‑management abilities.
