About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Call Center Employee to support Rahul Restaurant’s customers in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The role involves handling inbound calls, processing orders and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls promptly.
- Provide information about menu items, opening hours and restaurant policies.
- Process food orders and coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff.
- Resolve order‑related issues and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and transactions.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Strong communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the food or restaurant sector.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and adjust to schedule changes.
- Prior call‑center experience is a plus.
