Motion Graphic & Production Specialist

About the role

A marketing department in Kuwait is looking for a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphic & Production professional. The role covers designing and producing motion graphics, video content and animated assets across the group's brands and channels, from concept to final delivery, within a fast-moving marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and animate motion graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, in-store screens, presentations and internal communications, including animated logos, titles, lower thirds, infographics and explainer videos.
• Adapt content to multiple formats and aspect ratios for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create storyboards, style frames and animatics before production.
• Plan, shoot and edit marketing videos, handle colour correction, sound design, subtitling and export, and support photo and video shoots.
• Manage footage, project files and the creative asset library.
• Work with the marketing team, brand managers and external agencies, freelancers or talent, and help prepare schedules, shot lists, scripts and budgets.
• Ensure outputs match brand identity and tone, incorporate feedback quickly, and support bilingual Arabic and English content for the Kuwaiti market.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, motion design, animation, film/video production, multimedia or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video production, preferably in marketing, advertising, retail or in-house creative.
• Strong portfolio or showreel required with the application.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; good working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and Audition.
• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D or Blender is an advantage.
• Understanding of typography, colour, composition, timing and animation principles.
• Practical camera, lighting and audio equipment experience, and knowledge of video formats and codecs.
• Arabic typography and right-to-left motion design is a plus.
