Multi-Property Accounts Payable Supervisor

About the role
The Multi-Property Accounts Payable Supervisor ensures accurate processing of financial documents, maintains records, and supports the finance team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
- Organize, secure, and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies.
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, and computers.
- Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial and accounting reports.
- Complete period‑end closing procedures and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
- Follow‑up and resolve past‑due vendor invoices until payment is received.
- Coordinate tasks with other departments and serve as a departmental role model.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in finance or accounting.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
