Multiple Construction & Heavy Equipment Jobs in Kuwait

About the role

We are hiring experienced heavy‑equipment operators and site leaders to support our construction projects in Kuwait City. Positions include Motor Grader Operator, Wheel Loader Operator, Dump Truck Driver, Hydraulic Excavator (CAT 336) Operator, Site Supervisor and Site Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned heavy machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of construction activities.
• Supervise daily site operations, monitor progress, and enforce safety standards (Site Supervisor).
• Plan, schedule, and manage overall site execution, resources and subcontractors (Site Manager).

Required profile

• Valid Kuwait driving/license for the relevant equipment.
• Proven experience operating the listed machinery or managing construction sites.
• Currently residing in Kuwait and available to start immediately.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
