About the role

We are expanding our team in Farwaniya, Kuwait and are looking for motivated professionals to fill several full‑time positions. Opportunities include an Assistant Manager for Migration & Study Abroad, a Freelancer in Trading & Recruitment, Telecaller & Counsellor roles, and Marketing Staff. Candidates should be ready to work on‑site and contribute to our growing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assistant Manager – oversee migration and overseas education services, lead a small team and ensure client satisfaction.
• Freelancer – develop business opportunities in trading and recruitment, manage client relationships and meet sales targets.
• Telecaller & Counsellor – handle inbound and outbound calls, provide counselling services and maintain high customer service standards.
• Marketing Staff – support marketing activities, coordinate with sales and recruitment teams, and assist with promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in the specific field (migration, business development, telecalling, or marketing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Arabic speaking is preferred for most roles; a valid Kuwait driving licence is mandatory for the Marketing Staff position.
