Multiple Positions in Lebanese Restaurants – Kuwait

About the role

We are expanding our Lebanese cuisine concept in Kuwait City and are looking for talented hospitality professionals to join our team. The openings cover kitchen, front‑of‑house and management functions, ranging from entry‑level to senior positions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Lebanese dishes, including mezzes, grills, and desserts, while maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Manage kitchen stations, supervise junior staff, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, guest service, reservations and staff training.
• Handle cash handling, inventory control and ordering of supplies.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and menu knowledge.

Required profile

• Relevant experience for the specific role (e.g., Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Mezza Maker, Restaurant Manager, Maître D', Waiter).
• Passion for Lebanese cuisine and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing Lebanese dishes such as hummus, tabbouleh, kibbeh, shawarma, and baklava.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, grilling, and pastry techniques.
• Customer service skills for front‑of‑house positions.
