Multiple Sales & Business Development Roles in Kuwait

About the role

We are expanding our team in Kuwait and are looking for immediate‑join professionals to fill several technical sales and business development positions. The roles combine client‑facing activities with strong technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, HVAC and logistics domains.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, meet clients, consultants and contractors to identify new business opportunities.
• Analyse project requirements and propose compliant solutions (LV electrical systems, power, lighting, fire‑fighting, plumbing, HVAC).
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, quotations, technical submittals and detailed proposals.
• Conduct site visits, presentations and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Drive the full sales cycle from inquiry through negotiation to contract closure.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful deal execution.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of relevant experience depending on the specific role.
• Strong technical and commercial mindset with proven lead‑generation and closing ability.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented professional.
