Network Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Network Assurance Analyst will review Zain’s network elements and operational systems, implementing controls to detect, prevent and mitigate errors that could impact revenue. The role combines revenue assurance, network monitoring and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure accurate billing and system integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify operational and financial risks related to network elements and drive implementation of mitigation controls.
• Troubleshoot revenue programs and billing parameters to ensure accurate price rating.
• Conduct revenue assurance activities, monitor alarms from RA systems and assess control efficiency.
• Analyse revenue bookings, trends and key performance indicators across core revenue streams.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams to resolve network and revenue assurance issues.
• Maintain and upgrade Revenue Assurance department systems, software and hardware.
• Perform acceptance testing for new RA adapters, software releases and upgrades.
• Work with vendors to implement and enhance revenue assurance initiatives.
• Validate data integrity, reference data accuracy and daily performance trends.
• Document workflows, produce analytical reports and ensure compliance with ISMS policies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence all organisational levels.
• Expertise in revenue assurance systems within the telecom sector.
• Deep understanding of telecom network elements and their assurance processes.
• Knowledge of financial modelling and accounting concepts as applied to revenue streams.
