Night Manager

About the role

As a Night Manager at Hilton, you will lead the overnight operations of our hotel, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while maintaining accurate financial controls. You will work closely with the night team to resolve guest issues, handle emergencies, and uphold the brand’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the nightly audit process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
• Drive financial reconciliation across all departments, posting and verifying the day’s financial activity.
• Validate credit‑card transactions and resolve complex payment discrepancies.
• Identify reporting anomalies, investigate root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
• Support overnight operations by assisting the Night Manager with guest issues and emergency situations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, monitoring performance and fostering a positive work environment.
