Nursing Supervisor (RN) – Full‑time Night Shift

About the role

Fairlane Senior Care & Rehab is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our night‑shift nursing team. As Nursing Supervisor you will coordinate patient care, serve as a resource for policies and procedures, and ensure a safe, compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and assign duties to nursing staff during midnight/overnight shifts.
• Provide direct patient care, including IV therapy, tube feedings, and chest tube management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clinical questions, education, and policy clarification.
• Develop and review personalized care plans and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and recognition programs.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Strong analytical abilities to create and adjust individualized care plans.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and teamwork mindset.
