About the role

The Occupational Therapist I provides autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population within the Occupational Therapy department. This full‑time day‑shift position supports professional growth while delivering age‑appropriate therapeutic services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with diverse medical conditions, ensuring interventions match each patient’s age and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while maintaining documentation standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Arkansas State Board license or temporary license for new graduates.
• Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
• Maintain all Level I career‑ladder requirements.
• Current CPR certification.
