Online Marketing Specialist for Digital Print Company

About the role
We are a digital print company opening a new branch in Shuwaikh, Kuwait and are looking for an online marketing specialist to drive our digital presence and manage customer orders through social media channels. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and offers the chance to work in a fast‑growing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create, schedule and monitor content on Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Receive and process online orders from customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery of printed products.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to track order status.
- Maintain clear communication with Arabic‑speaking customers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in digital marketing, especially social media management.
- Fluent Arabic speaking and comprehension.
- Indian nationality (the role is intended for candidates based in India).
