Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will oversee the daily activities of riders and drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves close collaboration with HR and other departments to meet workforce needs while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operations of riders and drivers.
• Track attendance, performance, and operational activities.
• Follow up on operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update records using Odoo ERP.
• Prepare operational reports and update management regularly.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding workforce requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Operations, Logistics, Fleet Management, or a similar role.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
• Immediate availability.
