Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will support daily business activities for a manufacturing and warehousing operation based in Kuwait. You will act as a bridge between internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and schedules across departments.
• Monitor project progress and operational performance metrics.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination or administration.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Valid passport, Certificate of Good Conduct, and relevant education certificates.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
