Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities across multiple coffee outlets. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet management teams.
• Monitor KPIs, control labor and operating costs, and optimise inventory.
• Maintain consistent product quality and outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of multi‑unit operations experience within a coffee chain or café concept.
• Strong knowledge of café operations, cost control, inventory management, and customer service.
• Proven track record managing operational KPIs, budgets, and team performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Passion for operational excellence and leading high‑performing teams.
