Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager leads and optimises daily field operations across core service verticals such as pest control, AC/HVAC maintenance, and cleaning services. Reporting to the General Manager, the role ensures service delivery excellence, team productivity, quality assurance, SLA compliance and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Operations Supervisors, conduct performance reviews, set KPI targets and identify training needs.
• Oversee daily scheduling, route planning, job dispatching and resource allocation to maximise team utilisation.
• Standardise SOPs, implement audit and site‑inspection frameworks, and manage operational budgets for consumables, tools, equipment and fleet.
• Control inventory levels, manage fleet logistics, fuel consumption and maintenance schedules.
• Act as primary escalation point for high‑profile clients and track client feedback, CSAT scores and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facility Management or related field; MEP experience preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in facility management, property services or technical contracting.
• Strong leadership, conflict‑resolution and team‑building capabilities.
• High analytical ability to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting to executive leadership and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Driving licence.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
