Operations Manager – Logistics & Cleaning Services

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily operational activities for both logistics and cleaning service divisions. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures seamless coordination between office staff, field teams, drivers, and clients while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics and cleaning operations, scheduling teams and vehicles according to service demand.
• Monitor job orders, service completion, and client satisfaction to drive operational efficiency.
• Handle last‑minute changes, urgent requests, and emergencies with professionalism.
• Plan manpower for packing, moving, loading, unloading, deep cleaning and regular cleaning tasks.
• Visit client sites when needed to assess requirements and resolve issues on the ground.
• Track attendance, punctuality, discipline and performance of field employees.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of vehicles, equipment, tools and cleaning materials.
• Support training for drivers, cleaners and operational staff and enforce safety procedures.
• Assist business development activities to expand services and retain customers.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of hands‑on experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, packing & moving or cleaning services.
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly under pressure.
• Valid driving licence.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Arabic.
• Knowledge of business development and marketing to support client handling.
