About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing and fit‑out operations. The role involves overseeing production, installation, logistics, and inventory to ensure efficient daily operations and high‑quality project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage production processes and ensure timely installation of products.
- Coordinate logistics and inventory management across all sites.
- Implement quality control measures and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Develop operational plans and oversee site coordination.
- Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to monitor performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in furniture manufacturing or fit‑out industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Experience using inventory management systems.
