About the role

North Immigration in Kuwait is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage client files and ensure efficient processing of immigration applications. The role requires high organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex administrative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare detailed application packages to meet specific requirements.
• Manage client files, ensuring all documentation is collected, verified for accuracy, and tracked systematically.
• Monitor workflows and deadlines, providing clear and professional status updates.
• Ensure error‑free data entry and meet operational targets on time.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems while upholding strict confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an administrative or office‑based role.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, documentation management, or a similar high‑precision administrative role.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Kuwait with a transferable residency status.
