About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and hands‑on Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise our day‑to‑day transport and service operations. This role is essential for ensuring efficient dispatch, excellent customer experience, and smooth coordination between drivers, clients, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to guarantee timely and professional service delivery.
- Coordinate trip scheduling, driver assignments, and dispatch activities.
- Handle real‑time issues such as delays, breakdowns, and urgent requests.
- Lead, train, and supervise chauffeurs; monitor performance and conduct evaluations.
- Manage shift schedules, attendance, and resolve team issues.
- Act as the main contact for clients, handling bookings, inquiries, and complaints.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee fleet maintenance, cleanliness, and availability, including servicing and inspections.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare operational performance reports, and identify process improvements.
- Assist in budgeting and control operational costs.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or transportation.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
