Oracle Forms & PL/SQL Developer with Java (Immediate Joiners)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Forms Developer who is proficient in PL/SQL and Java to join our team in Kuwait City on an immediate basis. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust Oracle database solutions while supporting backend Java applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database solutions, including forms ranging from version 6 to 12c.
• Write efficient, scalable PL/SQL code such as procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Develop and support backend applications using Java (Core/Enterprise) and frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to best development practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms (versions 6‑12c) and PL/SQL scripting.
• Solid experience with Java development, preferably using Spring Boot or Hibernate.
• Good understanding of database design, performance tuning, and optimisation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
