Overseas Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, target‑oriented Overseas Sales Executive to join our team in Kuwait. The role focuses on developing and expanding our international customer base within the refrigerants industry. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless export operations and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and conducting market research.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s overseas customer base.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers and markets internationally.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in overseas/international sales.
• Good knowledge of export sales and international business practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong sales, follow‑up, and business development skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in the refrigerants/HVAC industry will be an added advantage.
