Owner Secretary (Filipino Only)

About the role

We are seeking a professional Owner Secretary to provide direct administrative and executive support to the Owner of a leading catering business in Kuwait City. The role requires a highly organized individual who can manage a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Owner’s calendar, appointments, meetings and daily schedule.
• Handle emails, calls, correspondence and confidential documents.
• Prepare reports, presentations, letters and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with management, departments, suppliers and external parties on behalf of the Owner.
• Follow up on approvals, payments and pending matters.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of documents.
• Arrange meetings, travel and other logistical requirements.
• Keep the Owner updated on important operational and administrative matters.
• Utilize AI tools to prepare documents, summarize information and improve productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
• Good English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Good knowledge of AI tools and modern productivity applications.
