About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Pastry Chef and bring daily moments of delight to guests through high‑quality pastries and desserts. You will lead the pastry kitchen, ensuring every sweet creation reflects the brand’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day pastry operations, from preparation to presentation, maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Produce breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, and desserts for restaurants and banquets following standard recipes.
• Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal menus to enhance the dining experience.
• Decorate pastries and cakes with creativity while upholding high presentation standards.
• Manage inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and proper storage for freshness.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the pastry team to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
