Patient Coordinator – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Patient Coordinator to join our team in Mangaf, Kuwait. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, handling patient leads, and converting them into confirmed appointments or services. Strong communication and a courteous attitude are essential to provide an excellent experience for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls to patients and prospective clients.
• Manage lead information and follow up to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the call system.
• Work independently to meet daily call targets and service standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Required profile

• Female candidate (as specified by the employer).
• Excellent verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
• Polite, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Basic experience in telephone sales or call handling is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic.
• Fluency in English.
