Payroll Officer

About the role
We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our restaurant management company. The role is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations, and supporting the HR team.
Key responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees on a monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
- Collaborate with HR to update employee information and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Generate payroll reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits related to payroll.
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
- Contribute to the development of payroll policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3-5 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
