Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote – GCC)

About the role

The Performance Marketing Specialist will design, launch and optimise paid media campaigns that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness for Jadeite Ventures' e‑commerce portfolio. Working remotely across the GCC, you will combine data‑driven strategy with creative execution to maximise Return on Ad Spend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance‑marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and product launches.
• Plan, launch and manage campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms, handling audience targeting, budget allocation and tracking setup.
• Continuously optimise campaigns using ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion metrics; run A/B tests on audiences, creatives and landing pages.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and web developers to produce high‑performing creative concepts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor spend, prevent budget overruns, scale successful initiatives and discontinue under‑performing ads to improve overall marketing ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in paid‑media management for e‑commerce or similar digital businesses.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
