Personal Trainer / Coach

About the role

Join SPARK Athletic Center as a Personal Trainer and help shape the future of fitness in Kuwait. You will work in a high‑performance environment that values evidence‑based training and continuous professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized training programs aligned with members’ goals.
• Conduct body composition assessments and performance testing through Spark LAB.
• Lead at least two group classes daily, providing engaging coaching experiences.
• Provide immediate assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Give facility tours to prospective clients when required.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions.
• Continuously develop expertise through certifications, workshops, and educational programs.
• Uphold SPARK’s standards of professionalism, service excellence, and member care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sport science (preferred).
• Additional qualifications such as Reformer Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Recovery & Rehab, Nutrition (preferred).
• 2‑3 training courses related to physical training (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the fitness or sports industry.
• Positive attitude, politeness, well‑mannered and a fit physique.
• Lifelong learning mindset and basic computer/Microsoft Office skills.
• Good proficiency in English.
