About the role
The Physical Therapist provides independent, accountable care to a complex patient population in a day‑shift setting (7 am–4 pm). The role includes both weekday and weekend options and contributes to departmental growth and professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver age‑appropriate physical therapy services to diverse patients.
- Maintain independence and accountability in clinical decision‑making.
- Participate in professional and departmental improvement initiatives.
- Complete all departmental competencies upon hire.
- Ensure CPR certification is current or obtained after hire.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies.
- Valid Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
- BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
- Willingness to work day shift with weekday and weekend options.
Required skills
- Physical therapy clinical techniques.
- Patient assessment and treatment planning.
- CPR certification.
