Physical Therapist Floater – Outpatient Therapy

About the role
The Physical Therapist Floater will provide outpatient therapy services within the Therapy Central Office, working a day shift from 8 am to 5 pm. This position supports a complex patient population, ensuring high‑quality, age‑appropriate care while contributing to departmental growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver independent physical therapy assessments and interventions for outpatients.
- Maintain accountability for patient outcomes and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care plans.
- Adhere to Arkansas State Board regulations and facility competency standards.
Required profile
- Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of all Staff Therapist II facility competencies.
- CPR certification.
- Commitment to professional development and departmental improvement.
