Physical Therapist Floater – Outpatient Therapy

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Floater to join our Outpatient Therapy department. The role provides flexible, day‑shift coverage across multiple outpatient clinics, delivering high‑quality care to a diverse and complex patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and re‑evaluate patients of varying ages in an outpatient setting.
• Provide independent and accountable care while adhering to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and departmental goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Arkansas State Board regulations.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to department growth.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Graduated with a BS or MS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
