Physical Therapist Floater – Outpatient Therapy

About the role

The Physical Therapist Floater provides outpatient therapy services across multiple locations, delivering high‑quality care to a complex patient population. This position operates within the Therapy Central Office and requires independence, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy interventions to outpatients in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Arkansas State Board regulations.
• Participate in department initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and service efficiency.
• Provide coverage (floater) for multiple outpatient sites as needed.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of one year professional experience or completion of all facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
• CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a diverse patient group.

Required skills

• Proficiency in outpatient physical therapy techniques and modalities.
