Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehab (Day Shift)

About the role
The Physical Therapist provides independent, accountable care to a complex inpatient rehabilitation population. Working day shifts, the therapist contributes to both patient outcomes and departmental growth while delivering age‑appropriate interventions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to a diverse, complex patient group.
- Demonstrate independence and accountability in treatment planning and execution.
- Contribute to professional development and departmental improvement initiatives.
- Provide age‑appropriate care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Required profile
- Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
- BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of one year professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies.
- CPR certification (available upon hire).
- Availability to work day shift (7:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.).
