About the role

The Physical Therapist will deliver autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population in the BTC Jacksonville department. The role emphasizes professional growth and contribution to departmental improvement.

Key responsibilities

Provide therapeutic care to patients of varying ages, ensuring appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety.
Participate in department initiatives aimed at professional and service enhancement.
Adhere to scheduled working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30 AM‑5:30 PM; Thursday 7:30 AM‑11:30 AM.

Required profile

Valid Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
CPR certification.
Ability to meet Level I career ladder requirements.
Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.

Required skills

Physical therapy clinical techniques.
CPR proficiency.
