About the role

The Outpatient Physical Therapist provides autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population in a day‑shift outpatient setting. The role supports professional growth and contributes to departmental enhancements while delivering age‑appropriate therapeutic services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy care to diverse patients, ensuring treatments match the patients' ages and conditions.
• Maintain autonomy in clinical decision‑making while upholding accountability for patient outcomes.
• Participate in professional development activities and support department improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to the career ladder requirements for Level I and maintain required certifications.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
• BS, MS, or DPT degree in Physical Therapy.
• Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
• CPR certification.
• Commitment to meet all Level I career ladder criteria.

Required skills

• Providing patient‑centered physical therapy care.
• Assessing and treating patients across various age groups.

What we offer
