Physical Therapist – Outpatient Therapy

About the role
The Outpatient Physical Therapist provides autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population in a day‑shift clinic environment. This full‑time position supports professional growth while delivering high‑quality therapeutic services.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for outpatients.
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain compliance with Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy regulations.
- Participate in department initiatives aimed at service improvement.
Required profile
- Valid Arkansas State Board license in Physical Therapy.
- BS, MS, or DPT degree in Physical Therapy.
- Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
- Commitment to maintaining Level I career‑ladder requirements.
- CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
Required skills
- CPR certification.
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements.
