Physical Therapist – Outpatient Therapy

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team. The role offers autonomy and accountability while caring for a complex patient population in a day‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based physical therapy services to outpatients.
• Assess, plan, and document individualized treatment programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with Arkansas state licensing requirements.
• Participate in department growth initiatives and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board license in Physical Therapy.
• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
• Commitment to maintaining Level I career ladder requirements.
• CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• Proficiency in physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques.
