Planner

About the role

Archirodon, a leading international EPC contractor, is seeking a reliable Planner to join its team on a project in Kuwait. The role involves supporting schedule development and monitoring project performance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in preparing the contract baseline schedule and revised schedules in coordination with the Senior Planner.
• Prepare regular schedule updates and progress monitoring sheets for various project phases and disciplines.
• Update progress performance curves and key performance indicators to monitor project performance.
• Highlight deviations from the plan and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assist the Senior Planner in preparing weekly and monthly reports, budgets, and maintaining planning records.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in EPC projects with ADNOC or equivalent.
• Experience in engineering, procurement and construction phases.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
• Ability to work under stressful situations and strong analytical thinking.
