Platforms Account Manager

About the role

TapTap Payments is revolutionizing online payments across the MENA region. As a Platforms Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for partner platforms, driving commercial negotiations, activations and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new potential small‑to‑medium platforms, negotiate commercial terms and manage activations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for existing platform partners, ensuring smooth ongoing collaboration.
• Stay updated on platform offerings and identify ways to increase commercial value.
• Network within the platform ecosystem to discover new market players and introduce TapTap’s proposition.
• Maintain CRM records, answer solution‑related questions and gather platform requirements.
• Process platform information accurately and address objections with clarity and integrity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, fintech or high‑growth startups.
• Preferred degree, though relevant real‑world experience is accepted.
• Ability to establish credibility and build internal relationships.
• Understanding of client, merchant and stakeholder care.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast‑growing fintech environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow daily tasks.
• Capability to participate actively in meetings and deliver work on time.
• Positive attitude, able to stay productive under pressure.
• Problem‑solving and quick‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication in English, with a preference for Arabic language ability.
