Postpaid Segment Executive

About the role

The Postpaid Segment Executive will lead acquisition, stimulation, promotions and new product initiatives aimed at current and potential post‑paid customers. This role focuses on growing subscriber numbers and revenue for the post‑paid segment in alignment with business and customer experience goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and governance of the post‑paid segment strategy, policies, roadmap and budget.
• Contribute to product portfolio management, including pricing, propositions, promotions, market testing and lifecycle enhancements.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty programmes using data‑driven insights and service diversification.
• Develop and validate business cases for new products and services, coordinating with Finance and Sales on commercial viability.
• Lead go‑to‑market enablement, including marketing communications, PR briefs, training materials and internal knowledge transfer.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and segment performance, preparing reports, escalating risks and identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the telecom industry.
• Previous experience in post‑paid segment management.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
