Premium Dining Hostess

About the role

We are looking for a personable Premium Dining Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role you will ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience by managing reservations, seating guests promptly, and providing excellent service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Take reservations, manage the waitlist, and coordinate seating to optimize turnover.
• Provide menus, answer guest inquiries about menu items, and make food and drink recommendations.
• Ensure tables are properly set and the dining area remains clean and tidy.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to deliver courteous service.
• Assist with ancillary tasks such as answering phones and taking orders when needed.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations.
• Excellent time‑management and detail‑orientation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
