President (Remote)

About the role

The President will provide visionary leadership for a remote‑first organization that integrates Kaizen, Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean, Six Sigma and ISO standards to drive business excellence. This full‑time executive position shapes strategy, expands the portfolio of quality and process‑improvement offerings, and ensures measurable impact for clients across production, laboratory and service environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall vision and strategic roadmap for the company.
• Lead development of integrated quality, Lean and Six Sigma programs and oversee content and curriculum design.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, partnerships and governance structures.
• Drive thought leadership, educational initiatives and public‑facing communications.
• Oversee financial planning, resource allocation and performance monitoring against business‑excellence objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and high ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven executive leadership experience with a track record of strategic planning and organizational development.
• Deep expertise in TQM, Lean, Six Sigma and ISO‑based quality systems across multiple industries.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with measurable performance results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience leading remote, cross‑functional teams and building strategic partnerships.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent highly valued.
