About the role

We are seeking a proactive Print Production Coordinator to manage production planning and workflow coordination. The role ensures seamless communication between design and production teams while overseeing schedules, material needs, and delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate job scheduling and production timelines.
• Plan and monitor material requirements for ongoing projects.
• Liaise between design and production teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Track job progress and guarantee timely completion of production orders.
• Prepare and maintain production schedules and reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement as needed.
• Ensure production processes meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating print production, job scheduling, and workflow management.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Odoo (or similar ERP system) proficiency.
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
