Printer & Photocopier Technician

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Kuwait City involves installing, configuring and maintaining printers, photocopiers, multifunction devices and related office hardware for government, enterprise and SME customers.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues, perform repairs and replace parts or consumables.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Respond to service requests, document work performed and advise clients on best practices.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of managed print services.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in printer support, installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Experience with print production, bindery and finishing processes.
• Practical knowledge of inkjet technologies, diagnostics and component replacement.
• Vocational diploma or technical certification in electronics, IT hardware or printer/copier maintenance (preferred).
• Familiarity with HP or similar enterprise print solutions and managed print environments.
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
